on the knife, some paperwork, an overall very nice presentation. Which brings me to the packaging, awesome magnetically closing box this thing comes in, with a spare clip, little torx wrench for tightening the pivot and handle screws etc. should be easy to polish up myself If I choose to though, and it comes with a spare including screws. the pocket clip is a nice design and tight but not finished, still has rough marks on it from manufacturing. The handle is made of black G-10 with accented grooves. This model is the Proelia TX020 folding knife with a liner locking mechanism and a ball bearing system. stonewashing is a bit light as pictured but functional. Created for tactical use and for the individual who prefers a robust folder, the Proelia flipper from Defcon Blade Works delivers enviable build quality, action, aesthetics, and comfort. Blade centering is also spot on and it locks up tight. Black nylon belt sheath with buckle closure. Black textured G-10 handles with lanyard slot. 3-3/4' D2 air hardening tool steel drop point blade with thumb slot, extended tang and dual thumb studs. The Detent is pretty light for a flipper but give it just a little motion of the wrist when opening and it will snap open with authority, on very smooth ball bearings. Defcon Bladeworks Proelia Linerlock Knife Black - 5' closed.

Handle material and ergos are fantastic, very comfortable and no hotspots for me. Edge itself is sharper than expected from a chinese made blade, good steel. The very bottom of the edge on mine was chipped off at a diagonal, small and fixable by re-profiling the edge which i was gonna do anyways but not great QC. Comes complete with a snap sheath for your everyday carry need.
#PROELIA DEFCON SERIES#
Still visible and the tip is somewhat rounded. The Defcon TD005 series feature a 8.75' Blade Length:3.75'. Grind quality of the blade and particularly the milling of sort of fuller/hole in the blade, while unique, is not finished well, lines from the machining etc.
